Research Center for School Education Engineering Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center") was founded in 2019. It has long been committed to the field of educational infrastructure construction, closely following policy guidelines and industry development trends for school education projects.

Focusing on the construction and operation characteristics of school education projects, the Research Center takes construction demand analysis, functional layout, techno-economic comparison and selection, laboratory construction, and school renovation as its core research directions. Its featured engineering consulting services cover pre-project planning, functional demand investigation, design technical management, bidding and procurement of materials and equipment, and school operation management. Centered on the high-quality development of educational projects, the Research Center integrates project management theories with campus infrastructure development, fully demonstrating Jiangnan Management’s professional competence and social value in this sector.

In recent years, the Company has participated in more than 100 large and medium-sized domestic campus construction projects, including Sun Yat-sen University Shenzhen Campus, Qiantang University, Westlake University, Shenzhen Vocational Education Park, Shuangpu Campus of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianfu Campus of Civil Aviation Flight University of China, Sino-French Aviation University, Civil Aviation University of China, and Ningbo Oriental Institute of Technology. The project portfolio covers various types of educational infrastructure such as comprehensive universities, specialized colleges, and vocational schools. Drawing on the Company’s abundant project cases, the Research Center has developed an educational engineering consulting system tailored to different school positioning, functional requirements and construction standards.

Since its establishment, the Research Center has published one monograph, won over ten awards from national associations and provincial/ministerial authorities, participated in the formulation of several group standards, and published more than 20 academic papers. It has cultivated and exported over 100 professional and technical personnel.
