The Third-Party Engineering Evaluation and Consulting Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center") was founded in 2026. Drawing on the profound expertise and continuous in-depth practice of the Third-Party Engineering Evaluation Division (established in 2020) in engineering evaluation, the Research Center was set up to respond to the high-quality development trend of the construction industry and the market demand for third-party evaluation and consulting services.

Upholding the development philosophy of "Empowerment through Expertise, Data-Driven Approach and Value Creation", the Research Center specializes in whole-process third-party engineering evaluation and consulting for construction projects. Its key research areas cover engineering quality and safety risk assessment, engineering insurance risk control services, retail store construction management, auxiliary inspections for government supervision, and real estate development evaluation and consulting. Its featured consulting services include accident prevention services for work safety liability insurance, construction supervision and acceptance of retail stores, government-procured third-party inspection and evaluation, and third-party quality and safety assessment for real estate and urban investment projects. Focused on improving construction quality and risk management, the Research Center develops theoretical frameworks and practical standards for third-party evaluation and consulting, facilitating the modernization of industry governance capacity.

Building on the Division’s extensive project experience and data accumulation, the Research Center has established technical systems and quality standards for third-party evaluation and consulting tailored to diverse industries, service models and client requirements.

The Third-Party Engineering Evaluation Division has undertaken numerous projects, including work safety liability insurance accident prevention services for insurers such as Ping An Insurance, PICC and CPIC, covering Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi and other provinces. It has also delivered national store construction supervision and acceptance projects for well-known retail brands including Huawei, Honor, FILA and iFLYTEK, as well as government third-party work safety inspection projects for Taizhou Bay New Area, Shaoxing Binhai New Area, Changzhou Economic Development Zone and other regions. Its project portfolio spans multiple third-party consulting scenarios: insurance risk control, retail store construction, government inspection and real estate assessment.
